Templates Terms & Conditions

Templates are accepted for use on Just Cutters’ CDs on the following terms and conditions:

1 The template must be the designer’s own work
2 It must not already have been on sale or otherwise published
3 The designer will not sell or otherwise publish the template for six months
after the publication date of the CD.
4 In submitting a template to Just Cutters, the designer grants permission for Just
Cutters to sell and publish the template for two years from the publication date of
the CD.
5 Inclusion of any template is at the discretion of the Just Cutters steering group.
6 The designer will receive no payment or royalty fee for the submitted design. All
proceeds are retained by the Just Cutters fund and will be dispersed according to their Constitution.
